About Aimee: Aimee is a lifelong creative and maker. Finding solace and healing within the pages of her own journal she decided that sharing this most precious process with others was one of her greatest passions. She has hosted in person gatherings and workshops, taught online and built 2 beautiful and nurturing public studio spaces where people could come and explore mixed media art and community as a healing modality. A self professed “art cheerleader” she is gifted at making art accessible to all. Aimee believes Art is a sacred form of self expression and in its purest form it is your truest emotion and a most powerful act of self love.

5-Hour Class: ​The Wisdom of Trees

Connecting & Communing with Nature Spirits in Your Creative Practice
Step into sacred dialogue with the natural world in this soulful, 5-hour workshop where trees become teachers, guides & creative collaborators. Through writing, sketching, and mark-making, we will tune into the quiet wisdom of the forest and gather insights with our minds, bodies, and spirits.
In this inquiry based class we will start by asking: What if we could connect more fully with the spirits of nature? What would they have to tell us? How could they guide our art making process?  Knowing these are questions we can only find the answer to by connecting deeply to self & nature, we will  begin by sitting with the trees in reverent silence, practicing deep listening, and communing with nature. Using writing, playful drawing, and printing techniques, we will translate our conversations into a 
visual story; our own personal narratives of connection, reflection, and contemplation.
This workshop includes:
  • Experimental writing and intuitive journaling
  • Mark making and the development of a personal visual language
  • Playful sketching and nature-based abstraction
  • Botanical printing and dye pot exploration
  • Reworking and reimagining as ritual: allowing the process to guide
We will leave with a nature-infused visual piece, a renewed sense of place, and a tangible reminder of where we fit into the web of life. This is artmaking as offering, listening as liberation, and nature as a mirror.​

Creating Personal Rituals for Creative Flow & Healing
Ritual is a powerful companion to the creative process—one that grounds, awakens, and deepens our relationship with both art and self. In this 3-hour experiential workshop, Aimee invites you to explore simple, soulful rituals that nourish your inner artist, bring clarity to your practice and opening pathways to healing and connection.
Rooted in presence & intention, this session weaves together ceremony & creativity as a way to:
  • Reconnect the sacred to your everyday making
  • Cultivate spaciousness & rhythm in your creative life
  • Develop intuitive practices that support personal growth, clarity & confidence​
We will explore:
  • Setting clear & empowering intentions for creative sessions
  • Crafting & using personal oracle cards as intuitive prompts
  • Working with sacred smoke to bless & clear your space
  • Building meaningful creative altars as anchors for inspiration & trust
